Before I ever planned my first wedding, I was standing in the background of hundreds of them.
For years, I worked as a catering lead, watching celebrations unfold from behind the scenes. I saw what made timelines flow smoothly and what created chaos. I learned which vendors elevated every event they touched and which ones fell short and witnessed the couples who glowed with joy all day and the ones who spent their reception putting out fires.
So I immersed myself in every wedding planning book I could find. I studied the art of coordination, design, and logistics. And in 2010, I launched Helping Hand Parties (now Helping Hand Weddings & Events) with a simple mission: to create celebrations where couples could be fully present, completely relaxed, and genuinely joyful – because someone they trusted was handling everything else.
To this day, I have never missed a client's wedding and I personally plan each of my couples' weddings. I can't wait to explore your vision!
