Yes! Our “Day-Of” Coordination is truly a Month-Of experience. We begin 4–5 weeks before your wedding to finalize details, confirm vendors, create comprehensive timelines, conduct site visits, and run your rehearsal. By your wedding day, our team is fully immersed in your plans, allowing you to relax while we manage setup, logistics, vendor coordination, and any issues behind the scenes—with two coordinators present all day. Our process begins with a detailed consultation at booking to help with remaining vendors and to personalize your wedding. While often called “Day-Of,” this package requires weeks of preparation, which is why we refer to it as Month-Of Coordination.

What’s the difference between you and a venue coordinator?

A wedding planner works directly for you, creating timelines, confirming vendors, and overseeing the entire wedding-day experience— setup, transitions, and problem-solving—ensuring your vision is executed flawlessly. A venue coordinator represents the venue and focuses only on venue-related responsibilities, such as access, staff, and rules. While helpful, venue coordinators do not manage your full wedding day, making a dedicated planner essential for a seamless, stress-free experience.

Do I really need a wedding planner?

Absolutely. We have planned weddings in The Bahamas, Florida, Tennessee, Colorado, California, Costa Rica, Montana, and on cruise ships, and we’re happy to travel anywhere you choose for your celebration.

Absolutely! I personally oversee every wedding, supported by a second coordinator to ensure flawless execution. In 15 years of planning, I’ve never missed a wedding—your day is in expert hands.

When is the best time to hire a wedding planner?

The ideal time is as soon as you get engaged or once your date is set. Early planning allows guidance on budget, venue selection, vendor recommendations, and vision development. If you’ve already planned most of your wedding, it’s never too late—we also offer Month-Of, stepping in to finalize details, manage vendors, and ensure a flawless day.

How many weddings do you take per year?

We intentionally limit our schedule to two weddings per month to give our couples full attention and personalized service.

Can you recommend wedding vendors?

Yes. We work with a wide range of trusted local vendors and also have connections to exceptional vendors across the country. Rather than relying on a predetermined list, we take the time to get to know each couple—your style, priorities, and budget—so we can thoughtfully recommend vendors who are the best fit for your vision and personalities.

Do you create wedding checklists and a wedding day timeline?

Absolutely. We provide comprehensive planning checklists to ensure no detail is overlooked, along with a highly detailed wedding day timeline. Our timelines are carefully crafted and shared with your vendor team in advance, allowing your day to run smoothly and minimizing the potential for unexpected issues.

What happens if a vendor cancels or an emergency arises?

We intentionally work with experienced, professional vendors and maintain consistent communication and confirmations leading up to your wedding day. In the rare event of an emergency, our extensive network and problem-solving experience allow us to handle issues quickly and discreetly—often resolving them before you’re even aware there was a concern. With weather being our biggest wildcard, we always prepare a Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C, allowing for a seamless pivot if needed.

Do you offer wedding design or décor services?

While I don't market myself as a designer, I bring a strong creative vision to every wedding. In our first consultation, I take your most desired ideas and help shape them into a well-thought out, stunning vision. We collaborate with you to define the overall aesthetic, style, and feel of your wedding day. From offering design guidance to recommending the right décor and design vendors, we help bring your vision to life. We also assist with décor setup on the day of the event to ensure everything is styled beautifully and cohesively.

What size weddings and events do you coordinate?

We plan and coordinate events of all sizes—from intimate, small-scale celebrations to large weddings and events with up to 1,000 guests. Every event receives the same level of care, organization, and attention to detail, regardless of size.

Do you have a team or is it just you?

As the lead planner and coordinator, I personally oversee and attend every planning and coordination event. On event days, I am always supported by an assistant coordinator, and I also have a trusted team of experienced event professionals available to assist with setup, service, guest flow, and teardown as needed. This ensures every event is fully supported and runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Will you be on-site for the rehearsal?

Absolutely. I will be on-site to plan and run your rehearsal, guiding your wedding party and key participants through every detail so everyone feels prepared and at ease for the wedding day.
